SCHOOL REFUSAL INTERVENTION

Shepard Schools strive to increase regular school attendance and reduce instances of school refusal in order to promote academic development and social-emotional well-being for all students. Through a system of assessment, intervention, and monitoring, the counseling department provides comprehensive services to address the individualized, and often complex circumstances and symptomology, which contribute to consistent student attendance.
